Early registration fee: PLN 1900 - available until 15 December 2026
Standard registration fee: PLN 2000 - available until 1 May 2027
Late registration fee: PLN 2200 - available until 1 June 2027
The fee covers:
- admission to all plenary lectures,
- participation in one of the parallel sessions,
- admission to all invited talks in the relevant research field,
- conference materials,
- five lunches,
- coffee breaks,
- social events, including the conference dinner.
Important notices:
- payment should be made only after receiving confirmation of registration,
- all bank charges are the responsibility of the participants,
- attendance at other parallel sessions and invited talks is subject to availability.

Cancellation and refund policy
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to dea@agh.edu.pl no later than 15 May 2027.
The requests received by the organizers:
- no later than 1 March 2027 will be eligible for a 100% refund (excluding any applicable bank charges),
- from 2 March to 15 May 2027 will be eligible for a 50% refund (excluding any applicable bank charges),
- after 15 May 2027 will not be eligible for a refund.
The organizers will process refunds as soon as possible and no later than 15 July 2027.
